Retiree 好处 Open Enrollment for the 2025 plan year began Monday, 10月7日, 2024, 周五结束, 11月1日, 2024. Open Enrollment is your chance to make changes to your benefits or, 在某些情况下, to enroll in benefits you have previously dropped. All changes must be submitted by the 11月1日 deadline. Benefit Plan Highlights for 2025

CareFirst PPO to cover dental implants at 50 percent (in-network only).
Certain specialty medications will have a 30 percent coinsurance applied to them. To help you lower your out-of-pocket costs for specialty drugs, PrudentRx works with a number of large pharmacies to cover the coinsurance charge on specialty medications and waive any copays. The eligibility window for benefits enrollment or for changes in benefits due to a qualifying event will change from 60 days to 30 days.

Open Enrollment Virtual Assistance

Throughout Open Enrollment, ERSC will offer individual assistance virtually. You may register for a 15-minute Microsoft Teams session with an ERSC representative. The sessions will be held Mondays–Thursdays from 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. See sign-up instructions below:

Make Changes to Your 好处

To make a change to your benefits, you must complete and submit 威尼斯官网在线表格455-22 Retiree Benefit Plan Enrollment, by Friday, 11月1日, 2024. Your form must have an original signature or must be signed using an electronic signature provider such as e-Verify. After your change is processed, you will receive a confirmation from ERSC. Confirmations are sent twice weekly during Open Enrollment. Watch for your confirmation and verify that your change was made correctly.
